In the event that the performance is unavoidably canceled due to a natural disaster or equipment trouble, we will refund the amount of the payment to the credit card account used for payment.
If you pass the entrance time, your reservation may be canceled.
We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate customers with allergies or dietary restrictions.
Lockers are free of charge. Please leave large luggage with staff.
Additional food and drink items will be available for purchase on the day (cash only) before, during and after the show. There will be two breaks during the show so you can order more if needed.
Please check in at the entrance on the 1st floor (please be seated before the main show begins).
Please present your reservation confirmation email and proof of age such as your passport to receive your performance ticket, drink voucher, and seat number.
The price includes a sukiyaki bento box and one drink ticket. Additional orders can be made on the day.
