In the event that the performance is unavoidably canceled due to a natural disaster or equipment trouble, we will refund the amount of the payment to the credit card account used for payment.

Lockers are free of charge. Please leave large luggage with staff.
Additional food and drink items will be available for purchase on the day (cash only) before, during and after the show. There will be two breaks during the show so you can order more if needed.

Please present your reservation confirmation email and proof of age such as your passport to receive your performance ticket, drink voucher, and seat number.
The price includes two drink tickets, but snacks (ramen, udon) can be purchased on the day.
