During the tour, tourist information will be broadcast on the tour bus. In addition on the departure day, Tour itinerary and departure time at different sightseeing spots will also be written.
Staff who can speak English or Chinese will accompany the tour. Ipad may be used for video translation.
Minimum number of participants for operation 10 persons
There is a minimum number of participants to confirm tour departure. If tour is not operated, we will make notification 14days ahead of tour and make full refund to participants.

  • Return location cannot be changed.
  • Schedule may be changed or cut due to actual traffic condition or other uncontrollable incidents. Please kindly be noted.
  • In the case of small number of participants, rental car may be arranged for tour departure.
  • This tour is operated on the basis of Japanese tourist industry regulation.
  • Please wear a mask while participating in the tour.
  • As it will take 40 minutes to walk on the snowy road, please wear warm clothes, gloves and comfortable shoes to join this tour.
  • There is a possibility that snow monkey may not be soaking in hot spring due to seasonal or climatic conditions. In this case, no refund will be made. Please kindly be noted.
  • Snow monkeys live in the wild nature, and may attach visitors especially when being fed with food. Please do not feed the monkeys.
  • Those wishing to enter the Shiga Kogen Romantic Museum will be asked to pay their own admission (500 yen). Please note that admission to the museum may be canceled due to road conditions or other reasons.
