⁅What to expect⁆This tour offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the charm of Japan’s local countryside. Your destination is the Atsumi Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture, a region blessed with a mild climate, fertile land, and beautiful coastal scenery. Known as one of Japan’s leading agricultural areas, the peninsula is covered with vast vegetable fields and seasonal flowers that create a peaceful rural landscape. Your journey begins with a seasonal highlight—strawberry picking. Enjoy harvesting plump, perfectly ripe strawberries and savor them fresh on the spot with all-you-can-eat tasting. Next, you’ll visit a lively morning fish auction at a local port. Feel the authentic atmosphere of a traditional fishing town as fishermen and buyers compete for the freshest catch of the day. After the auction, you’ll enjoy a special lunch prepared with seafood purchased directly from the market—truly a farm-to-table (or sea-to-table) experience. In the afternoon, the tour takes you to two of the area’s most iconic spring sights: early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms and bright yellow fields of rapeseed flowers. The striking contrast of pink and yellow creates a breathtaking scene, perfect for a relaxing stroll and memorable photos. This full-day tour is filled with the joys of early spring—fresh produce, coastal culture, and stunning natural scenery. It is an ideal choice for travelers who want to discover the warmth and beauty of Japan’s countryside.
You can also see the fish auction at the market and shop at the fish market's directly managed shop.
